With over 35 years in the escrow and title industry, my journey began at Ticor Title and Trust Company in 1985. I’ve since gained extensive experience, working across various roles, including handling REO accounts for Freddie Mac.

In 2014, I ventured to the Coachella Valley to open an escrow office in Indian Wells.

Today, I’m proud to lead Fidelis Escrow, where I merge decades of industry knowledge with a commitment to integrity and personalized service.

On a personal note, I have been happily married to Mr. Felix for over 15 years, and together we cherish the blessings of a blended family, with six children and four grandchildren. The joy and inspiration they bring into my life are immeasurable. In addition to my human loved ones, I share my home with two beloved pets: a beautiful pit bull named Mocha and a charmingly charismatic husky named Mac.

Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced the philosophy that there is enough sunshine for everyone. This guiding principle informs my approach to both my professional and personal life, as I strive to bring warmth, positivity, and inclusivity to all that I do.

She’s savvy and steadfast. Meet Jammie Ojeda. She comes to the Fidelis Community with an extensive collection of experience and knowledge in escrow. She’s a seasoned escrow officer with 24 years of experience. Covering all of Southern California. She thrives in a fast paced environment navigating complex transactions from Sales, both Commercial and Residential and Refinances too.

When Jammie is not facilitating escrows you can find her cherishing moments with her husband, three beautiful daughters and her loyal furry companion Smokey.
